Refund policy

We care that you are satisfied and happy with your purchase and order process. If you need to request a return within 30 days of receipt of your delivery, than please contact us at 919 901 0677. If we determine that the product was defective, we'll ship you a replacement product at no additional charge.

All new gear purchases, returned unopened with the original manufacturer's sealed packaging and contents is eligible for a full refund or exchange for 30 days, less the original shipping cost. 

All software, hard drives, used or B stock equipment items are final sale and not eligible for return. 

All orders are shipped new and with the original Blackmagic or other manufacturer's factory seals/wrap.  Removal of the seal and opening of the box will incur a 15% restocking fee,  further signs of product use or missing/removed packaging, parts or accessories could lead to increased restocking fees or refund deductions.   Any shipping charges are non-refundable.  If you would like to test, demo or rent products, please contact us to discuss in advance.  We look forward to assisting you!
